We have scheduled a FedEx pickup for WEEKDAY, DATE. FedEx will come to your home and retrieve the package between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. If for any reason you miss this scheduled pickup, please know FedEx will make three attempts to retrieve the package. If you are unable to be home at time of pick up, you are able to leave it outside your door and clearly identify your package for the FedEx driver to ensure prompt pick up.

For your reference, your FedEx return tracking number will be: TRACKING_NUMBER.

Once the item is received by the warehouse, we will process your refund. Please note this return process may take up to 14 business days from the original shipping date to complete.
