Once your order is placed with One Kings Lane, we immediately submit it to the manufacturer on your behalf. For this reason, we do not accept order cancellations. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
At this time, your order will remain active and you are able to return the items in order to receive a refund. Once you receive the ITEM_NAME, you may submit a return request via My Account or by contacting Customer Care. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been received, and your refund or credit will be processed within 10-15 business days. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply based on your preferred form of credit. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
