Furniture Medic Home Delivery Decline Refund

Thank you for your patience while we investigated repairing ITEM_NAME from order ORDER_NUMBER. After consulting experts in the business, we are unable to move forward with the repair. 
Regrettably, the ITEM_NAME is no longer available therefore the ITEM_NAME will be returned and a refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
Our returns department will schedule a pick-up by the carrier. Our carrier will contact you within 7 - 10 business days to schedule the appointment.  I will continue to monitor your case in order to confirm that this pickup goes smoothly.  

Once the pickup has been confirmed, we will submit the refund. The refund process may take up to 7 to 14 business days from the date the paperwork is submitted.
