Furniture Medic Home Delivery Decline Replacement

Thank you for your patience while we investigated repairing ITEM_NAME from order ORDER_NUMBER. After consulting with experts in the business, we are unable to move forward with the repair. 
 
We are pleased to offer a replacement for ITEM_NAME.  Part of the replacement process is the return of the original piece.  Our returns department will schedule a pick-up and our carrier will contact you within 7 - 10 business days to schedule the appointment.  I will continue to monitor your case in order to confirm this pickup goes smoothly.

When we have confirmation of pickup, we will create your replacement order and I will follow up with the new order number and delivery time frame.
