Furniture Medic Decline Parcel Replacement

Thank you for your patience while we investigated repairing ITEM_NAME from order ORDER_NUMBER. We have consulted with experts in the business and we are unable to move forward with the repair. 
 
We are happy to replace the ITEM_NAME.  For the return, a pre-paid shipping label has been generated and emailed to (email address on order) this will come directly from FedEx. Please know this label does expire on DATE and must be used before then; your item will no longer be returnable after this date. Your package may be dropped off at any FedEx center near you. When Fed Ex registers the label, I will create your replacement order and provide your new order number and delivery time frame.  I will continue to monitor your case in order to confirm that this replacement goes smoothly.
