Furniture Medic Decline Parcel Refund

Thank you for your patience while we investigated repairing ITEM_NAME from order ORDER_NUMBER. After consulting experts in the business, we are unable to move forward with the repair. 
 
Regrettably, ITEM_NAME is no longer available, therefore a refund to your original form of payment will be processed.  ITEM-NAME will need to be returned; a pre-paid shipping label has been generated and emailed to (email address on order) this will come directly from FedEx. Please know this label does expire on DATE and must be used before then; your item will no longer be returnable after this date. Your package may be dropped off at any FedEx center near you. Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the item, I will process the refund. The refund process may take up to 7 to 14 business days from the date the paperwork is submitted.
