I have not received my redemption code. What should I do?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your redemption code(s) to arrive via email and appear in My Account. 

If 24 hours have elapsed, please verify that your email with redemption code(s) is not in your email's spam or junk folder. 

Alternatively, you can access your redemption code(s) in My Account anytime by visiting the Orders section.
Once on the Orders tab in My Account, click on the order number containing your personalized items.  If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email.

Click on the order number to view your redemption code(s)

Once the redemption code(s) are available, you will see a code listed next to each item in your order.  Since every brand has different redemption instructions, please make sure you click on the 'View redemption instructions' link in order to correctly apply the code on our partner brand's website.
