My redemption code isn't working. What should I do?

If you are having trouble redeeming your code on our partner brand's website, please verify that you have entered the correct code and are following the redemption instructions provided in your redemption code email and My Account.

You can access your redemption code(s) in My Account anytime by visiting the Orders section.
 
Once on the Orders tab in My Account, click on the order number containing your personalized items.  If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email.

Click on the order number to view your redemption code(s)

Once the redemption code(s) are available, you will see a code listed next to each item in your order.  Since every brand has different redemption instructions, please make sure you click on the 'View redemption instructions' link in order to correctly apply the code on our partner brand's website.
