Although our policy does not normally accommodate returns of items marked non-returnable (or past 30 days from delivery), due to the nature of this situation we would like to extend a one-time exception. Below are instructions for shipping the item back to us so we can issue you a refund.
In a separate email, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label along with step-by-step instructions for completing the return. Once our warehouse confirms receipt of the return, we will process your refund minus the original shipping fees and return fee of $20.00. The refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
