How do I update my password, email, shipping address and billing information?

You can update all of your account details by visiting the Account Information section in My Account anytime.

Once in My Account, please follow the instructions below for updating your personal information. 
Click on a link below to view instructions for a particular topic:

Update your email address
Change your password
Update your shipping information
Update your payment information
 

Update your email address

Click on the ‘Edit’ link next to the word ‘Email Address.’
 
In the pop-up window enter your new email address into both fields and click the ‘Save Changes’ button. 
 
You can now use your new email address to log in and will also begin receiving email sale notifications to this email.

Change your password

Click on the ‘Edit’ link next to the word ‘Password.’
 
In the pop-up window enter your desired password into both fields and click the ‘Save Changes’ button. 
 
You can now use your new password to log into onekingslane.com.

Click the button to save your new password. You will now use this password to log into your account.
 

Update your shipping information

Please review the instructions below for adding a new shipping address, updating a stored shipping address, or deleting a shipping address from your account.

In order to add a new address, click on the ‘ADD SHIPPING ADDRESS’ button.  In the pop-up window enter your new address details and click on the ‘SAVE ADDRESS’ button.  If you would like this to be your default shipping address, please remember to tick the ‘Make this my default shipping address’ checkbox.

To edit a stored address, click on the ‘Edit’ link next to the stored address you would like to modify.  In the pop-up window you will see your current address information filled in.  Make your changes directly in the fields and click on the ‘SAVE ADDRESS’ button to save your changes.

To delete an old address, click on the ‘Remove’ link next to the stored address you would like to remove.  In the pop-up window click on the ‘REMOVE ADDRESS’ button to permanently delete the displayed shipping address from your account.

Update your payment information

Please review the instructions below for adding a new credit card, updating a stored credit card, or deleting a credit card from your account.

In order to add a new credit card, click on the ‘ADD PAYMENT METHOD’ button.  In the ‘Add Payment Method’ window that appears, enter your new payment details and click on the ‘ADD PAYMENT METHOD’ button.  If you would like this to be your default payment method, please remember to tick the ‘Make this my default payment method’ checkbox.

To update a stored credit card, click on the ‘Edit’ link next to the stored credit card you would like to modify.  In the ‘Edit Payment Method’ window that appears you will see your current credit card filled in.  You are able to update your name, credit card expiration date, and billing address on this page.  Make your changes directly in the fields and click on the ‘SAVE CHANGES’ button to update your card. If you would like this to be your default payment method, please remember to tick the ‘Make this my default payment method’ checkbox.
 
For security reasons we do not allow edits to your credit card number and security code.  Please follow the instructions above for adding a new credit card to your account if you need to make changes to your credit card number and/or security code.

To delete an old or expired credit card, click on the ‘Remove’ link next to the stored credit card you would like to delete.  In the pop-up window click on the ‘REMOVE PAYMENT’ button to permanently delete the displayed credit card from your account.
