Return Policy

RETURNS:
Every product page clearly identifies if an item is or is not eligible for return.

An item eligible for return must be sent back to us in the same condition you received it and within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.


TO INITIATE A RETURN:
Go to the Orders tab of your One Kings Lane account https://www.onekingslane.com/orders

Click on the order number for the item you would like to return. If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email.
Select the item you wish to return.

RETURN SHIPPING:
  • If you wish to apply your credit to your One Kings Lane account, return shipping is free.
  • If you wish to apply your credit to your original credit or debit card used for payment, return shipping will be deducted from that payment.  See shipping rates here.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:
We’re really sorry there’s something wrong with your order. The good news is that we can help: Damaged items can be returned, and missing hardware can often be replaced.

Simply fill out the form accessible at this link and let us know what happened. We will make every effort to get back to you as soon as possible.
