We're now accepting returns on any purchase that isn't what you expected. Simply send it back within 14 days of when it was delivered to you.
*Some exclusions apply. To see whether a product is returnable simply view the returns information on the product page. To determine if a product you have already ordered is returnable, go to "My Account" > "Orders" > "order details," and click on the order number.

TO INITIATE A RETURN:
Go to the Orders tab of your One Kings Lane account https://www.onekingslane.com/orders
Click on the order number for the item you would like to return. If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email.
Select the item you wish to return.
- If you wish to apply your credit to your One Kings Lane account, return shipping is free.
- If you wish to apply your credit to your original credit or debit card used for payment, return shipping will be deducted from that payment. See shipping rates here.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:
We take pride in the quality of our products, and that includes the condition they arrive in. If something isn’t right with your order, simply fill out the form here to tell us what happened. We will contact you within approximately one business day to resolve the issue.
